FAQs

  • Counseling is a private and confidential space where folks can be heard and supported. Your therapist will serve as a support in helping you learn more about yourself, cope with emotions, improve relationships, and make changes that enhance your overall mental health - collaborating with you to prioritize what feels important to work on together.

  • HearHear Counseling operates from the belief that mental health services should be accessible for all. All service costs are on a sliding scale of 1% of household annual income. Thus, if your household annual income is $40,000, your estimated fee would be $40/session, with an added discount for those that have several children and/or dependents. We accept both credit card and cash payments.

At this time, HearHear Counseling does not accept insurance. However, if you are in need of resources to identify a therapist within your insurance network, this website is a helpful resource. If you need direct assistance, please contact us and we would be happy to help in identifying resources with you.
